On January 23rd at 6 pm, Tres Sabores Winemaker, Julie Johnson, will be joining us to host a wine dinner highlighting five of her wines paired with five courses by Chef Lawrence. The dinner will conclude with a rare sample of the Premiere Napa Valley Zinfandel.
Tres Sabores is a certified organic winery that produces some of the most highly regarded Zinfandel in California. Only five cases of the Premiere Napa Valley Zinfandel were produced. Wine World owner, Chan Cox, purchased the entire lot at the 2018 PNV Barrel Auction.
