ERIK SACCOMANI

Born in February 1981, Erik was raised in the city of Verona, Italy.

Graduated hospitality school in 2000, Erik has forged his passion for wine and food working in several recognized restaurants in Italy and the US as a sommelier and beverage director.

Erik has attended wine courses in Italy and the US and he currently is a certified sommerlier by AIS and ONAV in Italy and has passed the first level at the Court of Master Sommelier.

Passion for wine with a focus on Italian varieties and regions and willingness to educate in the market has made him extremely valuable throughout his career.

Today, Erik holds the position of Regional Director for Antinori USA, with responsibility over the South East and Mid Atlantic US
