Dinner menu:
Cassidy Stiebing is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, now based in New York City. Her journey between these two vibrant cities included several years in Europe, where she embarked on a career in the wine industry—first in La Rioja, Spain, and later in France. In 2019, she earned an MBA in Wine Business from INSEEC University in Bordeaux, which led to her role at Château Pape Clément, overseeing the U.S. market.
With six years of experience immersed in the world of Bordeaux, Cassidy transitioned to the negociant side of the industry in 2023. She now serves as the Regional Sales Director at TWINS Bordeaux, bringing her expertise and passion for Bordeaux wines to a wider audience.
